Each piece of Linda Macdonald jewellery is handmade in our Cardross workshop. We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, while taking the care required to finish and package every piece beautifully.
Please allow approximately 3–5 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
Some pieces may be available sooner, while commissioned, personalised or specially altered jewellery may take longer. Where a different timescale applies, we will let you know.
Please contact us before ordering when jewellery is required for a particular date, and we will confirm whether we can meet it.
UK orders are normally sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 24 parcels on the next working day after dispatch, although this is not a guaranteed next-day service and some areas may take longer.
Tracking information will be provided when your order has been dispatched.
Current delivery charges, including any free-delivery threshold, will be shown at checkout.
International orders are normally sent using a tracked Royal Mail international service.
Delivery times vary according to the destination and may be affected by local postal services or customs procedures. Please allow additional time for international delivery.
International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in our product prices or delivery charges.
